Managing your subscription
- Log in to your account to skip, pause, change the delivery date or adjust the bundle size.
- You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.
- Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@trystedman.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.
Billing
Your saved payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you; the subscription pauses after three failed attempts.
Refunds
Subscription orders are covered by the same 90-day money-back guarantee as one-time orders.
