Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET are processed the next business day.

Customs & duties
US orders have no additional charges. For international destinations, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping (US) or 20 business days (international), contact us at info@trystedman.com and we'll investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.
