You can cancel or change your order free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Because we ship fast, please contact us as soon as possible.
How to cancel
- Email info@trystedman.com with the subject "Cancel order" and your order number.
- If the order hasn't left our warehouse, we'll cancel it and refund you in full within 2 business days.
- If it has already shipped, we can't stop the parcel — but you're still covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
